Ingredients:
- 600 g sweet potato, grated
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp of feta cheese
- 1 tbsp of flour
- Green parts of 3 spring onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of grated nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of salt
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the cake mold lined with greaseproof paper. Spread the mixture evenly in the mold.
- Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 30-35 minutes.
- After removing the cake from the oven, let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before removing it from the mold. Serve after slicing as you wish.
