Triceps Bench Dip Exercise

TARGETS: The Triceps

Triceps Bench Dips Exercise execution:

Place your hands at shoulder width on the side of a bench.

Place your feet in front at shoulder width, in a squat position.

Dip down slowly, then push up, carefully locking out the elbow to achieve triceps contraction.

If this is too easy, bring your legs further in front!
