Ingredients
1 cup lentils
1 cup rice
2 tomatoes
1 carrot
Feta cheese to taste
Step 1
Bring water to a high boil and boil the lentils for 20 minutes.
After that, drain the water and briefly rinse under cold water.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes in pieces and blend them up, together with some salt and pepper.
Step 3
Peel & Cut the carrot in circles or half circles.
Step 4
In a pot, pour some olive oil, bring it to heat, stir the rice in it and add the carrots.

Add the lentils, cover with water, then add the tomato blend, stir & boil for 30 minutes on medium high heat.
